December 10, 2007:

Singer Geirmund Toresen Hansen (19) from Stavanger will also contribute
to Vilde Bjerke's new album, 'Kiss me'. So will Knut Reiersrud on guitar and
harmonica, Jens Petter Antonsen on trumpet, and Even Andersen on trombone.
Vilde Bjerke will do five duets with Jan Ingvar Toft.

August 15, 2007:

Vilde starts the recording session today of her new album, "Kiss me".
Vilde has written all the lyrics and composed some of the music.
Jan Ingvar Toft (vocals and composer in the band VAMP from 1991 to 1999)
has composed three of the tunes, and performs the songs himself.
Jan Ingvar and Vilde also do two duets to music and lyrics by Vilde Bjerke.
All in all, Jan Ingvar Toft performs on five of the tracks on the new album.

Calle Apeland (base and composer in VAMP from 1991 to 2007) has composed
four of the tunes, and will also play base on one of the tracks.

The fourth composer is Thomas Wiehe. He has composed the music for
"En engel går på jorden" (An angel walks the earth)

Drummer Tore Jamne is participating on the album. Also he used to perform
with VAMP.

All participating musicians are:

Vilde Bjerke/vocals, Jan Ingvar Toft/vocals, guitar and choir, Geirmund Hansen/
vocals og choir, Elin Løkken/choir and guitar, Nils Einar Vinjor/guitar,
Tom Erik Anthonsen and Calle Apeland/base, Paulo Vinaccia/drums/percussion
and more, Olav Gustavson and Tore Jamne/drums/percussion,
Tron Syversen/keyboard and synth, Andreas Galtung/saxophone, Agnes Hoffart
(The Norwegian Radio Orchestra)/violin, Kristina Renolen, cello.

The album will be released on January 15, 2008.
It is dedicated to Norwegian singer and songwriter OLE PAUS, who has inspired
Vilde Bjerke musically, and also used to be her stepfather.

Producer is Tron Syversen, and the album will be recorded at Pan Sound Studio.

April 25, 2007

Vilde Bjerke is touring the westerm part of Norway and the city of

Januar 8, 2007

Vilde Bjerke arranged Christmas party for asylum seekers at the Gausdal
Reception Center. Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) covered the
